Recently I was traveling 55 mph and a truck going the wrong way on a 2-lane highway is a piece of metal, windshield and lost hit me and put two small dents in it. There are no cracks or anything. But it went so fast that I could not see the name of a company on the truck (because it is not checked) and it was too soon to see the liscense plate. Am I screwed?
