I know this may limit to a legal issue here, but now I'm just looking for general advice. Last night my girlfriend went to an event and he parked his (black) of the car with the valet service. This morning, when he went clear to his car in broad daylight and that the vehicle had been damaged last night when he was in possession of the valet. To make matters worse, decided to try the friendly staff, in order to disguise the damage painted black. Nice, eh?
From a legal standpoint, I'm not sure what resources we have in mind that the car overnight and did not realize the damage this morning. However, I would like to hear some ideas on how best handle this situation. Our plan is to go to tonight and talks with the head of the Park Service.
