I believe that the use of cider vinegar for weight loss. I know there is much speculation, but it is cheap, so I'm willing to try it.

Is there a reason why you should take before a meal?
I am also very fat. It may take more 5tsp/day disadvantages 3tsp/day offer additional benefits?
